How to check the Telenor SIMs on your CNIC
There is no separate Telenor check. PTA's SIM check covers every network at once, and the result lists SIMs operator by operator.
- Open cnic.sims.pk, or start a new SMS.
- Enter your 13-digit CNIC number without dashes. On SMS, send it to 668.
- Find Telenor in the result. The figure beside it is the number of Telenor SIMs registered in your name.

Telenor after the 2026 merger
On 1 July 2026 Telenor Pakistan was formally merged into Pak Telecom Mobile Limited (PTML), the PTCL subsidiary that runs Ufone, after approval from the Islamabad High Court.
The company has promised continuity of service for Telenor customers while the two networks are integrated. Codes and helplines may change during that work, so confirm with the helpline if something on this page stops working.
Found a Telenor SIM that isn't yours?
- Take a screenshot of the result with the date showing.
- Call the Telenor helpline on 345. Say a SIM is registered on your CNIC without your permission and ask for a complaint number.
- Visit a Telenor franchise or customer service centre with your original CNIC and ask for the SIM to be blocked and disowned.
- If that doesn't solve it, complain to PTA on 0800-55055.

Can you find the owner of a Telenor number?
No. Neither Telenor nor PTA gives out the name, CNIC or address behind a number, and no website has lawful access to that record. Telenor staff will only discuss a SIM with its registered owner.
