How to check the Ufone SIMs on your CNIC
There is no separate Ufone check. PTA's SIM check covers every network at once, and the result lists SIMs operator by operator.
- Open cnic.sims.pk, or start a new SMS.
- Enter your 13-digit CNIC number without dashes. On SMS, send it to 668.
- Find Ufone in the result. The figure beside it is the number of Ufone SIMs registered in your name.

Ufone, Telenor and ONIC in 2026
Ufone is run by Pak Telecom Mobile Limited (PTML), a subsidiary of PTCL. On 1 July 2026 Telenor Pakistan was merged into PTML, so the two networks now belong to one company.
ONIC is PTML's digital brand. In September 2026 PTA ordered PTML to stop issuing new ONIC SIMs and eSIMs, because ONIC works like a mobile virtual network operator and needs its own licence. Existing ONIC customers keep their service during a three-month transition.
Found a Ufone SIM that isn't yours?
- Take a screenshot of the result with the date showing.
- Call the Ufone helpline on 333. Say a SIM is registered on your CNIC without your permission and ask for a complaint number.
- Visit a Ufone franchise or customer service centre with your original CNIC and ask for the SIM to be blocked and disowned.
- If that doesn't solve it, complain to PTA on 0800-55055.

Can you find the owner of a Ufone number?
No. Neither Ufone nor PTA gives out the name, CNIC or address behind a number, and no website has lawful access to that record. Ufone staff will only discuss a SIM with its registered owner.
